The Canadian market is considered as International sales to many manufacturers and it becomes more “ out of sight and out of mind “ However most manufacturers realize there could be potential but don’t have the time or resources or manage it correctly. The Canadian distribution and retail market is very different than that of the United States and other countries. With over 20 years experience, I know the proper channels and strategy to successfully maximize sales for each unique product line. There are 1.3 million hunters and another estimated 1.4 million sport shooters in Canada that spend approximately 2 Billion dollars a year directly on Firearms & Ammunition and another 2.5 Billion dollars on related accessories and equipment. I’ve seen all too many great manufacturers with an under performing limited presence in Canada that is only self serving and benefiting an exclusive distributor or dealer.

After 15 years of managing and guiding a major crossbow manufacturer into a world leader in the archery industry, As a Canadian citizen and resident, all too often I’ve been asked by other manufacturers on how to break into the Canadian market and what are the proper channels to utilize to maximize the potential sales. I’ve witnessed a real need for an agency to properly guide manufacturers for long term success. With that in mind it was time to shift my focus back to my roots in the Firearm & Accessory market.  

I’m excited to announce I’ve created STAG OUTDOORS SALES & MARKETING, my goal is to partner with the premiere manufacturers and Canadian accounts not only to increase their business but create long term mutually beneficial relationships.

Most manufacturers do not have the time or resources to properly service Canada or are being misrepresented by self benefiting companies, missing out on their true potential sales. SOSM will act as your Canadian employee with their feet and ears on the ground serving your brand’s best interests to capitalize on the lucrative Canadian market.
